Visual Arts purchased from Website: Twinfinity Creations attempts to show details of the products with approximate measurements and appropriate narrative. Original artwork is subject to variances in texture and coloring due to the nature of custom artwork. Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date and customer will need to pay return shipping costs. The items should be returned to the address below. Our artists make every effort to ship the items safely.
Damaged items will require the customer to assist with filing a claim with the postmaster. Reasonable shipping will be reimbursed for damaged items. Please email us to ask any questions prior to your purchase.
Visual Arts purchased from Events: Since you have the ability to view artwork personally, please contact us with any refund requests so that we can work out any concerns at inquiries@t-creations.net Customer will need to pay the shipping costs to return the item.
Music CD's & Books: If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us so that we can send a replacement item. Return damaged item to the address below and we will reimburse for reasonable shipping costs.
